Liberal Obama’s Ideological Battle Versus Science
I reiterate…Paul Krugman is the dumbest Nobel Prize winner of all time.
Krugman, in an Op-Ed in the New York Times dated June 29th, basically called any American that refuses to go along with the ludircous Cap-and-Trade bill passed by the House of Representatives a traitor. Well, he didn’t use that word specifically…oh wait, yes he did:
And as I watched the deniers make their arguments, I couldn’t help thinking that I was watching a form of treason — treason against the planet.
Krugman clearly is too stupid to realize dissent is one of the things that makes this country great. Let his call me treasonous…other idiots in the past called George Washington, John Adams, Thomas Jefferson, and many others treasonous for disagree with the ‘common sense’ of the day as well. I find myself in good company.
Krugman is just part of the liberal intelligensia (an oxymoron if I ever heard one) that will believe whatever they want to believe, regardless of what science does and does not show. Unfortunately, this cabal is led by our President, Barack Obama. That makes i all the worse. This group of liberals are almost religious in their fanaticism; they would like everyone to believe that they are on the side of settled scientific fact…when that is not the case at all.
The best example of Obama’s denial of reality is his blacklisting of a report…produced from his own Administration.
A 98-page report, co-authored by EPA analyst Alan Carlin, pushed back on the prospect of regulating gases like carbon dioxide as a way to reduce global warming. Carlin’s report argued that the information the EPA was using was out of date, and that even as atmospheric carbon dioxide levels have increased, global temperatures have declined.
According to internal e-mails that have been made public by the Competitive Enterprise Institute, Carlin’s boss told him in March that his material would not be incorporated into a broader EPA finding and ordered Carlin to stop working on the climate change issue. The draft EPA finding released in April lists six greenhouse gases, including carbon dioxide, that the EPA says threaten public health and welfare.
Now, I have no idea if this report is valid or not. How could I, since Obama has prohibited the release of the report? Carlin, first of all, is not a scientist, but an economist. Others who helped with the report are scientists however.
If it is bad science, let scientists prove it. Why you would create a blackout on this is absurd. Mr. Obama promised to be open to scientific dialogue, on both sides. It appears that this is just another example of a broken promise from the President.

Prince John: “You speak treason.”
Robin Hood: “Fluently…”
Amazing. These are the same people who constantly expound upon the encroachment of free speech. IF, gigantic IF, they had any real basis for their arguments they would relish an open debate. No, the motives are neither the environment, nor cleaning the earth. This is entirely about punishing the people who they do not like and if others suffer along the way so be it. To be sure Goldman Sachs is to benefit from trading cap under this bill. Will they also be shorting the dollar every step along the way? Unfortunate days are upon us.
