Paul Krugman, Economist, Nobel Laureate…RACIST

I am sick and tired of this.

Liberals start losing an argument, and what do they do?  They throw out the race card.

Paul Krugman, in his idiotic editorial on Friday in the New York Times, says that it is all about race.

What?   Mr. Krugman, if anything shows you lack of intelligence and understanding, this is it.  Krugman fails to understand that anyone intelligent would be against Obamacare.  How could they be?  I mean, the messiah himself is promising change, why can’t you understand that?

People in this country are angry.  Krugman, remarkably, dissents from Democrats and believes the anger is real:

But while the organizers are as crass as they come, I haven’t seen any evidence that the people disrupting those town halls are Florida-style rent-a-mobs. For the most part, the protesters appear to be genuinely angry. The question is, what are they angry about?

That is where is reason and logic end, however:

That is, the driving force behind the town hall mobs is probably the same cultural and racial anxiety that’s behind the “birther” movement, which denies Mr. Obama’s citizenship. Senator Dick Durbin has suggested that the birthers and the health care protesters are one and the same; we don’t know how many of the protesters are birthers, but it wouldn’t be surprising if it’s a substantial fraction.

And cynical political operators are exploiting that anxiety to further the economic interests of their backers.

Does this sound familiar? It should: it’s a strategy that has played a central role in American politics ever since Richard Nixon realized that he could advance Republican fortunes by appealing to the racial fears of working-class whites.

So, if you disagree, you are a racist.  Mr. Krugman, I state that you are the racist.  Krugman points out that most of the people protesting are white.  Well, most of those Blue Dog Democrats, the ones being protested against the most, come from largely white districts.  Duh.  Second, Krugman I guess assumes if white people protest against an African-American President, that inherently makes them racist.  It is this prejudice that makes Mr. Krugman a racist.  He paints anyone that disagrees with him, that is of a certain color, must all have a common prejudice…and in such thinking, shows his own prejudice.

What does Mr. Krugman make of this:

St. Louis County police say six people were arrested. Two of those were arrested on suspicion of assault, one of resisting arrest and three on suspicion of committing peace disturbances. Carnahan was gone when the ruckus started.

Kenneth Gladney, a 38-year-old conservative activist from St. Louis, said he was attacked by some of those arrested as he handed out yellow flags with “Don’t tread on me” printed on them. He spoke to the Post-Dispatch from the emergency room of the St. John’s Mercy Medical Center, where he said he was waiting to be treated for injuries to his knee, back, elbow, shoulder and face that he suffered in the attack. Gladney, who is black, said one of his attackers, also a black man, used a racial slur against him before the attack started.

“It just seems there’s no freedom of speech without being attacked,” he said.

So when a conservative African-American is attacked…um, is that liberal racism, Mr. Krugman?  Where is your anger at that?  You will note that I did NOT call it racism…idiotic, maybe, but it is not racist.  But for Mr. Krugman, who like most liberals see most things through the prism of race, it must be a racist liberal, a racist supporter of Obamacare, right?

This cry of racism at every corner should tell you one thing:  we are winning the argument.

When liberals throw a bomb like racism, you know they are struggling.  They have lost the argument.  The public is turning against them.   Krugman may be able to castigate these protesters as racist and haters, but what about this?  Thirty-nine percent of the public supports Obamacare, while 54% are against.  Are those the racists you are talking about, Paul?  Even funnier, the Democrats have increased support for our current health care system. 48% are our public now rates our current system as good or excellent, the highest number in years.  I guess when confronted with a worse system (i.e. Obamacare), they are happy with what they got.

The cries of racism, the new violence we have seen in the last few days…this is purely a Democratic ploy.  You will note, there was NO violence before liberal groups like Unions got involved.  You will note there were no racism charges until Obama mobilized his thugs against the protesters.  You want an organized effort…you are seeing it from the White House in this show of racism and violence.

So to you liberals, keep calling peole like me racists.  Just do it.  Every cry of racism shows you have lost the argument, and you are the ones unwilling to debate and compromise.  It was the Democrats who locked Republicans out of the health care debate in the House.  It was Obama who kept Republicans out of debates at the White House.  Every step of the way, they have tried to ram through a bill, without any debate whatsoever.  Well, now there is a debate…and they cry racism.

Let them call us names.  But remember one thing.

We are winning.

The word Racist is a word that longer has any clout. If one is labeled it simply laugh. The irony is simple that the ones using the word are of the worst offenders of free speech and of being tolerant. They have no intellectual leg to stand on. From the classrooms to the streets this word has lost its meaning. It has been bastardized. It has been both misused and overused by people who define terms and situations to keep arguements to their liking without the rigor of logic.

Though the youth can still be fooled by it no one whom is seasoned should be. March on my friends and don’t let words deter your efforts to secure the future of yourselves and your progeny.

Paul Krugman is the epitome of liberal scum. A person who can only make a living by writing liberal opinions in a liberal publication. Hardly very preeminent. As a liberal, the words “racist” or “racism” are in his articles against those who disagree with his socialist agenda. We are not fooled by your words Paul.
