For liberals that hate Glenn Beck…take that.

First, and most important, Beck went after Republicans…and told them how to save themselves:

“It’s not enough to not suck as much as the other side,” said Beck, on how Republicans can regain their ideals. “The first step to redemption is admitting you have a problem. … When they do say they have a problem, I don’t know if I believe them. … They’ve got to recognize they have a problem. … ‘I’m addicted to spending and big government.’”…

“One party will tax and spend. The other part won’t tax, but will spend.”

Other highlights:

• Newt Gingrich:  He referred to Obama’s job creation program - “Obama has created at least 3 jobs: Bob McDonnell, Chris Christie, and Scott Brown. His talk about ‘principled bipartisanship’ was not exactly greeted with cheers.
• Ron Paul won the straw poll.  In 2008, Romney won…and it didn’t do him too much good.  Of course, more than 40% of the people who voted were students…who are clueless.
