http://online.wsj.com/article/SB123932365076007259.html On April 10th, Barack Obama will hold a major meeting at the White House to discuss further policy initiatives to support the economy. Already in his two short months in office, Obama has passed the stimulus plan, and increased funds for TARP. “… small businesses are starting to get money that allows them to [...]

http://www.cnn.com/2009/SHOWBIZ/TV/03/13/cramer.stewart.reaction/index.html This was as pathetic a performance on national TV as I have seen ever; maybe Bill Clinton’s address to the DNC in 1988 comes close. What happened, Cramer, lost your backbone? Easy to bloviate when you have no one to argue against. I don’t know how Cramer will have the audacity to show his [...]

As generally happens with a ‘mandate’, the Barack Obama Presidency has made the usual mistake…they have translated their mandate to mean ‘we can do whatever we deem necessary, no matter how extreme”. What did Mr. Obama do? He took his mandate to be a moderate voice of change, and has turned that in to the [...]

Have you seen it? Have you seen friends who were diehard Obama supporters in November slowly having doubts? Have you seen moderates, who voted for a Democrat for the first time ever, now wondering what that vote has brought us? I have. It seems every day, I talk to another friend or family member who [...]

Well, this is the next in my series on the Obama budget, which I figure is going to be the major political topic of discussion for weeks to come. On Sunday, Peter Orzag, Director of the Office of Management and Budget, was interviewed by George Stephanopoulos on This Week on ABC. It was not a [...]

httpv://www.youtube.com/watch?v=zSA22rVJg6g http://www.cnn.com/2009/POLITICS/03/02/spending.earmarks/index.html President Obama went on the offensive regarding his newly submitted budget. Obama said that his budget was ‘a threat to the status quo’ because he is taking on the entrenched interests in Washington. “I know these steps won’t sit well with the special interests and lobbyists who are invested in the old way [...]

Rick Santelli, CNBC Chicago Market analyst, had a classic rant against the Obama foreclosure plan. The market traders in the background had a field day, hooting and hollering.

Numerous ultra left liberals, among other idiots, have in recent months written about the death of Capitalism, and how ‘finally’ the capitalistic structure that has ‘stolen’ so much money for the few selfish wealthy countries from the many impoverished nations is finally over.
I can’t even begin to explain the stupidity of such thinking.

http://money.cnn.com/2009/02/10/markets/markets_newyork/index.htm?postversion=2009021014 Tim Geithner’s presentation of TARP II to Congress was greeted with a dull, loud thud on Wall Street. The markets, who were far from reassured by President Obama’s remarks last night nor the Treasury Secretary’s this morning, fell382 points, falling to its lowest point since November 20, 2008, and retesting its lows. “… I [...]

http://www.ft.com/cms/s/0/a545f3b0-f1f9-11dd-9678-0000779fd2ac.html Indian officials have started a hard line stance against an Obama Administration push to link Kashmir to the greater overal instability in the Afghan-Pakistani region. MK Narayanan, India’s national security advisor, said that the new US administration was in danger of dredging up out of date Clinton administration-era strategies in a bid to bring [...]
